People Manager

We’re partnering to recruit a confident and collaborative People Manager to lead and shape the full employee experience — from workforce planning and policy to capability uplift and culture. Though what makes this opportunity special, is it’s rare succession opportunity to the CPO.
Reporting to the CPO and amongst with the broader HR team, you’ll work closely to deliver hands-on, strategic support to people leaders and ensure compliance with evolving legislation — all while building a workplace where people genuinely thrive.
- Lead people strategy and operations across the employee lifecycle
- Champion leadership capability, engagement, and inclusion
- Oversee policies, risk, compliance, and IR/ER matters
- Drive smarter workforce decisions
- Support change, innovation, and continuous improvement
You
- Strong experience in a senior HR/People leadership role
- Sharp knowledge of employment law, compliance, and governance
- Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions mindset
- Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a calm, strategic approach
