People Operations Manager
This role anchors the People & Culture function; connecting strategy to delivery and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you’ll lead a small team, manage the data and analytics that inform people decisions and help lift how HR services are delivered across the business.
It’s ideal for someone who likes to get things done – tightening processes, solving problems and creating clarity from complexity. With a new HR system being implemented, you’ll play a key part in building smarter, more connected ways of working.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day people data, analytics, and reporting for the P&C function.
- Translate people data into clear insights and recommendations that inform leadership decisions.
- Play a key role in implementing a new HRIS and improving core people processes.
- Create efficiencies and bring structure to an evolving, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll bring

- Experience building practical solutions in evolving business environments.

- Hands-on experience in HR operations or shared services, ideally within a mid-sized organisation.
- Previous involvement in HRIS implementation or process re-engineering (advantageous).
