People Operations Team Lead

As the People Operations Team Lead, you will be pivotal in the day to day management/mentorship of the People Operation Coordinators and also rolling out/implementing a HRIS transformation project. 

Your day to day: 

• Overseeing coordinators to ensure all people administration tasks are completed and SLA’s are adhered to
• Ensuring people leaders and wider HR team have all required resources/documentation to self-serve and navigate through any systems/requirements 
• Managing the organisational structure by working alongside HR BP’s and people leaders to ensure all data is fit for system purpose and business needs 
• Setting up and managing vendor requirements (approvals, invoice payments and all required vendor checks)
• Working with the People Specialist to manage global mobility and work right checks 
• Driving all required data and analytics (alongside People Reporting Specialist & People Operations Lead) for business requirements and auditing 
• Championing HRIS transformation (and any other ad-hoc) projects 

About you: 

• You’re a self starter who likes leading a team and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done 
• You don’t mind working with manual processes (with the goal to streamline and upscale efficiency) 
• You have strong analytical skills and love to review and interpret data 
• Project and people management is your sweet spot, you love taking charge and leading your team/projects to success
• You’re a team player and like to work with multiple stakeholders and the wider HR team to improve and drive business efficiencies/outcomes 
• Microsoft Excel is your best friend and you’re a formula, pivot table and graph guru
