What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership You’ll provide direction and vision for the People Connect operational function, overseeing reporting, data integrity, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement across all policies and processes while maintaining the high standards our client’s employees have come to expect.
Team Development Leading and developing the People Connect team will be at the heart of your role. You’ll coach, mentor, and guide your team members through professional development opportunities, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to excel in their careers.
Operational Excellence You’ll design and build key people processes that create streamlined, user-friendly experiences. Your focus on continuous improvement will enhance service delivery while ensuring all initiatives align with existing governance frameworks.
Strategic Partnership Working closely with business leaders across the organization, you’ll provide expert advice on complex people-related challenges. Your ability to coach stakeholders through difficult situations while maintaining clear expectations will be essential to your success.
What Our Client is Looking For
Essential Experience
- Previous experience in HR shared services environment
- Relevant Human Resource qualification
- Proven track record operating at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong experience in fast-paced environments with continuous deadlines
- Leadership experience with diverse, multifaceted teams
Key Capabilities
- Outstanding service orientation with high personal integrity
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive improvement mindset
- Excellent stakeholder relationship building and communication abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across Office suite
- Experience with Oracle HCM (highly desirable)
