People Services Manager

They’re looking for a People Services Manager to lead their People Connect function, ensuring HR operations run efficiently, accurately and with a focus on continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will oversee HR service delivery, employee data integrity, process design and reporting. They’ll lead a capable team who support the HR Business Partnering function and the broader business, helping to create a smooth and consistent employee experience across every stage of the people lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the People Connect team to deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR services.
- Oversee HR documentation, data management, and system optimisation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to provide practical, compliant people solutions.
- Drive process improvement and embed best practice across HR operations.
- Deliver insights through data reporting and analysis to support better decision-making.
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience in HR shared services or people operations, ideally within a complex or multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership capability with a hands-on approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confidence working with HR systems (Oracle HCM experience desirable).
- A collaborative, proactive style with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
