As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to align people strategy with business priorities. It’s a generalist role that blends delivery and direction – guiding, advising and supporting the business through change and growth.

- Partner with senior leaders to deliver outcomes across design, talent, engagement and performance.
- Coach and guide leaders to build capability and accountability.
- Lead ER matters end-to-end with confidence and care.
- Use data and insights to influence decisions.
- Build strong relationships across the business and within the People team.
- Contribute to projects that simplify, streamline and strengthen delivery.
