The Opportunity.
A Senior HR Business Partner role working closely with senior leaders across the business to shape and deliver the people agenda.
This is a genuine partnering role. You will operate alongside executives and functional leaders, helping them navigate organisational change, leadership capability, workforce planning and complex people matters. The work is varied and commercially grounded, spanning talent, performance, organisational design and employee relations.
You.
A strong HRBP within complex corporate environments, ideally within Financial Services or similarly regulated sectors. You will be comfortable advising senior stakeholders, capable of balancing commercial outcomes with sound judgement, and able to operate with credibility across both strategy and execution.
Just as important is your ability to build trust. This organisation values thoughtful HR practitioners who can challenge constructively, simplify complexity and help leaders make better decisions about their people and their structure.
