Senior HR Business Partner
You’ll be stepping into a genuinely broad partnering remit, sitting close to senior leaders and working across a business that is complex, evolving and commercially sharp. It’s a role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, but knows how to zoom out and shape where things are heading.
At its core, this is about impact.
You’ll partner across an Operations environment, so we’re looking for someone who has actually run or deeply embedded within an Ops function before. Not adjacent. Not theoretical. Someone who understands how these environments really work and what good looks like when things are under pressure.
There’s also a meaningful piece of work ahead in workforce design. Over the next couple of years, the business will be navigating structural change, including elements of outsourcing. You’ll play a key role in shaping that, supporting leaders through it, and making sure it lands in a way that is both commercially sound and well managed from a people perspective.
ER is part of the mix too. There’s support in place, but you’ll need to be comfortable getting involved, bringing sound judgement, and more importantly, spotting patterns early and using that insight to influence the broader people agenda.
Beyond that, it’s the full partnering toolkit. Org design, talent, engagement, change, using data to guide decisions rather than decorate slides. You’ll be working with a capable People & Culture team and a business that values straight thinking and practical outcomes.
We’re open on background, but you’ll likely have operated in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where ambiguity is the norm and sleeves get rolled up quickly.
