We’re partnering with a well-regarded organisation looking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with leaders across the business, providing practical, commercially minded people advice while helping shape and deliver the broader people agenda.

The Opportunity.
Reporting to an experienced People & Culture leader, you’ll partner with stakeholders on everything from employee relations, performance and engagement through to workforce planning, culture initiatives and organisational projects. You’ll be trusted to operate autonomously, have a seat at the table when people decisions are being made and play a genuine role in influencing outcomes across the business.

This is a broad generalist role suited to someone who enjoys variety. One day you might be coaching a leader through a complex people issue, the next you’re driving engagement initiatives, supporting recruitment activity or contributing to strategic people projects.

You.
We’re looking for someone with solid HRBP experience, strong ER capability and the judgement to navigate sensitive situations with confidence. Just as importantly, you’ll enjoy building relationships, partnering with leaders and being part of a small, collaborative team where everyone rolls their sleeves up when needed.

Experience working within a regulated, risk-aware or compliance-led environment will be viewed favourably, although it isn’t essential.
