Joining a leading Australian property group with a substantial national portfolio, you’ll partner with senior leaders across a diverse corporate population while playing a key role in one of the organisation’s most significant strategic priorities, embedding AI into the business in a practical, commercial and people-centred way.
Outside of the AI program, this is exactly what you’d expect from a true Senior HR Business Partner role. You’ll coach senior executives, influence workforce strategy, lead complex people initiatives, partner closely with Centres of Excellence and help shape culture, capability and organisational effectiveness across the business.

Importantly, we’re not expecting you to have already led an AI transformation. That’s the opportunity. What matters is your ability to lead organisational change, influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and bring people on the journey. If you’ve led organisation design, operating model change, workforce transformation or major business change initiatives, you’ll have the foundations to succeed.
