What we’re looking for
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner (or similar) in a large, complex, and high-performing environment.
- A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering impact well beyond traditional HR partnering.
- Strong ER/IR knowledge and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence and pragmatism.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to link people initiatives directly to business outcomes.
