Senior Manager People & Culture
We’re partnering with a financial services business playing the long game. Sustainable growth, patient capital, no short-term theatrics.
They need a senior People & Culture leader who can scale without losing what makes them work.
The Role
Direct report to the CEO. You’ll lead the People & Culture function and own the entire agenda – talent, development, performance, culture. This is a building role, not a maintenance one. You’ll have real influence. The CEO wants a partner who can shape how the business evolves, not an order-taker.
What You Need
Commercial savvy and energy. You understand People & Culture enables business success and can articulate impact in terms that matter.
You’ve scaled people functions before, ideally in financial or professional services. You know how to build infrastructure that supports growth while nurturing culture.
Strategic but hands-on. Comfortable in the boardroom, effective on the floor.
The Work
Partner with the CEO on workforce planning and talent strategy. Drive engagement and culture initiatives that move the dial. Build recruitment strategies that win. Design L&D that develops real capability. Lead change as the business scales. Use data to demonstrate impact.
What Matters
Senior People & Culture experience in financial or professional services. Track record scaling businesses successfully. Leadership capability. Executive credibility. PE experience valued but not essential.
