Senior P&C Advisor
This is one of those rare HR roles where the scope is broad and the environment is structured, supportive, and ready for growth.
With a growing presence in Sydney and a national team already in place, they’re building out their People function and looking for a capable Senior Advisor to join the fold. You’ll be the first Sydney-based P&C team member, working closely with the Head of People.
This is a hands-on generalist role covering the full employee lifecycle: day-to-day advice, policy guidance, performance conversations and all the things that keep a team running well. It’s a hands-on, well respected role that’s set to evolve within a supportive environment.
What you’ll bring:
- A solid HR Advisor background (2–4+ years)
- Experience in professional services or similarly structured environments
- Comfortable working independently while staying well-connected to a national team.
- Practical, people-first judgement and a calm, capable approach
