Your opportunity to join the Group P&C function of a major Australian business, taking ownership of people analytics and reporting while gaining broad exposure across remuneration.
Reporting to the General Manager, Remuneration & Governance, you’ll join a small, experienced team with visibility across the Group. Alongside delivering the core analytics work, you’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh thinking to how P&C reporting and analytics can continue to evolve.

The Opportunity.

  • Own group-wide P&C reporting, analytics and dashboards
  • Deliver monthly and ad hoc people reporting across headcount, turnover and broader workforce data
  • Manage the end-to-end WGEA submission process
  • Support ESG impact reporting
  • Support the annual remuneration review and associated reporting
  • Work across Power BI, SQL and Databricks
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve current reporting and analytics

You.

  • Strong experience across People Analytics and P&C reporting
  • Hands-on capability across Power BI, SQL and Databricks
  • Previous experience managing the WGEA submission process
  • Exposure to remuneration would be highly regarded
  • Experience working across multiple HR and data systems
  • Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to look beyond BAU and identify opportunities to improve

This is a 9 month fixed term contract, based in Sydney or Melbourne, offering broad exposure across a major Australian business, senior visibility and the opportunity to make a real impact on how its people analytics evolves.
