Senior People Partner
A Senior People Partner role with real weight. An established business with a growing footprint who want HR at the centre of how they operate.
The Opportunity.
A big part of this role is coaching and developing leaders; helping them navigate the grey, working through complex people issues and lifting their capability without handing them a rigid playbook. They want someone who can bring structure and thinking to ambiguous situations, but knows that a framework is only useful if it actually works in practice.
You’ll also lead a small team and have a hand in shaping how the People function operates. Process improvement, engagement initiatives, embedding values into the way the business runs day to day. There’s plenty of room to influence here.

You.
- Strong senior HR business partnering experience within a blue-collar environment
- ER knowledge, particularly Award interpretation and disciplinary processes
- Comfortable in the grey: you’re pragmatic and bring structure without being prescriptive
- Confidence in coaching and advising senior leaders
