You’ll report into an HR Director we know well. Someone we’ve partnered with, placed, and backed over time. Commercial, grounded, and trusted by their executive team. The kind of leader who gives you space, backs your judgement, and expects you to operate with confidence.
The Opportunity.
This is a Parental Leave cover at a genuinely exciting point in the business. Pre-IPO, strong momentum, and in its most dynamic phase in recent years. Good people, engaged leadership, and work that has real visibility.
The role is broad and hands-on. You’ll cover the full generalist remit while also contributing to a number of strategic projects already underway. It needs someone who can stay close to the detail, support leaders in real time, and still think ahead. There’s no long runway here. You’ll need to step in quickly, build credibility and get on with it.

Commercial in your thinking, calm under pressure and confident engaging senior stakeholders. Someone who doesn’t overcomplicate things and can make sound calls when it matters.
