Senior TA Partner

We’re on the hunt for a switched-on Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join a high-growth private education provider that’s expanding faster than you can say “enrolment surge.”

This is a 12-month maternity leave cover, but with the pace of growth and a few exciting things in the pipeline, there’s every chance this role could stick around longer than expected.

What’s the role about?
You’ll partner with leaders across the business to find, attract and land great talent people who’ll help shape the next chapter of the organisation’s journey. It’s end-to-end recruitment with a proper seat at the table, not just pushing out job ads and screening CVs.
You’ll be part of a high-performing but low-ego team. The culture is relaxed, grown-up and genuinely flexible (we’re talking outcomes, not clock-watching). No politics, just good people doing great work.

Who we’re looking for
You’ve probably done a few laps around the agency block and brought that hustle in-house. You know how to move at speed without cutting corners, and you’re confident advising leaders while still rolling up your sleeves.
You’re curious, resourceful and not afraid to challenge when it counts. Most importantly, you get recruitment and you get people.

You’ll bring:

• End-to-end TA experience, ideally across fast-paced or scale-up environments
• The hustle of an agency recruiter, with the commercial nous of an internal business partner
• Strong stakeholder management skills you know how to read the room
• A proactive mindset with a bit of creative flair when it comes to finding great talent
• The ability to stay calm when things get busy (because they will)
