As a Senior Talent Acquisition BP you will be directing end to end recruitment for the corporate functions portfolio for our client who is a global, industry leader in their sector. 

About the role:

• Find top talent by advertising and sourcing on various platforms, and also proactively head hunting to ensure a throughout search has been complete
• Truly partner with your hiring managers, to become a trusted advisor for all hiring needs 
• Drive decision making with data, insights and clear metrics 
• Work on projects with the wider TA & HR team on process improvements, branding, EVP and more 

About you:

• To the core, you love to recruit. You love speaking with talent, finding out what drives them and you’re relentless in your pursuit of finding the best person for each role 
• You’re a strategic thinker that can manage a high volume work load, without getting stuck in reactive screening/day to day tasks
