The opportunity
We’re after a savvy Talent specialist who knows how to spot great talent and bring them on board. Partnering closely with the broader Talent team, People & Performance and hiring leaders, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment for the corporate portfolio while building strong pipelines for the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from brief to offer
- Coach leaders and partners on recruitment process and best practice
- Build and nurture talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter + Seek Talent Insights
- Use market insights to shape smarter sourcing strategies
- Deliver a standout candidate experience, every time
- Build strong, trusted relationships across the business
