A true mix between TA leadership, process improvement and BAU. The TA Lead will work closely with their TA team, People & Performance and the broader business to make data-driven and insightful decisions around talent as a whole.
The Opportunity.
- Optimise effective internal recruitment systems and processes
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop proactive TA strategies
- Champion initiatives to support diversity initiatives in the TA process and within the organisation
- Implement and enhance recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency, develop hiring manager capabilities and create a great talent experience
- Develop and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process and drive data-driven decision-making
- Management of the overall APAC TA budget and agency spend
You.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role; managing the entire TA function
- TA experience within mixed blue and white collar environments is essential
- Experience in uplifting TA processes, creating efficiencies and focusing on talent experience
- Ideally experience in ATS implementation (desired but not essential)
- Strong coaching, influencing and relationship building skills; a trusted partner to leaders
