Here, as their Talent Acquisition Partner based in beautiful Mudgee, you will have the opportunity to truly take the reigns, while collaborating closely with their broader HR team.
This newly created role is perfect for a strategic thinker who loves creating efficiencies and the mix between strategic and hands-on TA. With the freedom to shape and evolve, you’ll lead system enhancements and drive recruitment best practice, making a genuine impact from day one!
- Develop innovative, creative and proactive talent acquisition strategies that identify & develop key talent
- Create TA best practices; ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent, including leveraging technology to optimise sourcing channels
- Provide data-driven insights, leveraging market insights and recruitment data to optimise decision-making and hiring strategies.
You
- Tertiary qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both stakeholders and talent.
