Talent Acquisition Specialist
We’re partnering with a leading ASX-listed company on a newly shaped Talent Acquisition Specialist role. This is an opportunity to build, refine and own how TA is delivered across a high-performing, values-driven business.
The Opportunity.
At its core, this is an end-to-end recruitment role – you’ll own the full hiring cycle across the business, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. But beyond the day-to-day, there’s genuine scope to shape and improve how TA is delivered – think employer brand, ATS build-out, process automation and pipeline strategy.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and acting as a trusted advisor on all things Talent
- Sourcing, building talent pipelines and talent pooling for critical roles through multiple channels
- Developing the organisation’s University and emerging talent strategy
- Using data to track recruitment effectiveness
- Contributing to TA capability build and implementing efficiencies through automation
You.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Ability to build credibility with leaders and influence hiring decisions
- Experience with Employer Branding and Talent engagement strategies
- Strong sourcing capability across multiple channels
- Confident and comfortable with recruitment data and metrics
- A mindset for continuous improvement – you’ll spot gaps and want to fix them.
