Talent Lead

The Opportunity
This role is all about developing strategy and delivering talent solutions. In this newly created role you will collaborate heavily with TA, HR and business leaders to develop innovative fit-for-purpose strategies to deliver outcomes, which solve business problems.  

• Design and implement innovative Talent solutions to address workforce challenges, including robust targeted recruitment, retention, training, and succession planning strategies.
• Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify current and future workforce needs, translating strategic objectives into actionable workforce plans.
• Refine the go to market strategy, employee value proposition (EVP) & assessment methods 
• Build functional strategic workforce plans (current & predictive) to inform resourcing needs
• Partner with leaders and P&C to uplift capability and deliver best practice outcomes  

You.

• Tertiary HR qualifications
• Extensive experience in HR, workforce planning and talent management
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder influencing skills
• Project management experience
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements
