We’re partnering to recruit a safety leader who brings both strategic thinking and practical know-how to this newly created role.
As WHS Manager, you’ll develop and embed a modern, risk-based safety strategy across corporate and field teams — with full backing from execs and a fresh 5-year strategic plan. You’ll shape systems, uplift capability, coach leaders, and champion a proactive safety culture that supports both physical and psychological wellbeing.
You
- Strong WHS leadership experience in property, housing, health or service-based sectors
- Expertise in risk, compliance, and WHS systems
- Proactive, hands-on mindset and a coaching approach
- Confidence navigating audits, investigations, and legislation
